The partner’s work is an important topic within relationships. It has a significant influence on the person’s satisfaction. However, work often remains a black box for the partner. You know the people by name, understand the connections, understand the processes, but you only really get in touch with the people involved when colleagues also become friends. We wanted to support this and actively involve the partners and children in the network. That’s why we invited all family members to a barbecue at NIFE after our second quarterly meeting. It was a successful party in a relaxed atmosphere with the best weather. The evening was characterized by great conversations, lots of fun and good food. We were delighted that so many attended!
