We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Orane Guillaume-Gentil as part of our Implant Lecture Series.
Dr. Orane Guillaume-Gentil is a Scientist and cell-AFM specialist at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. She recently was one of the leading scientists developing a microfluidics-based method for live single cell transcriptomics, which was published in Nature 2022. This method allows for the first time a temporal recording of cellular gene expression, e.g., during single cell differentiation or as reaction to pathogen invasion. Her lecture is titled:
“Spatio-Temporal Single-Cell Analysis with Fluidic Force Microscopy”
