We are delighted to welcome Dr. Friederike Hendriks, junior research group leader at the Institute of Communication Science and the Institute of Educational Psychology at the Technical University of Braunschweig, as a speaker for our Implant Lecture.
Dr. Hendriks’ research focuses on topics such as trust in science (epistemic trust), the training and identity development of science communicators, science communication and participation, as well as the public’s reception and understanding of science.
Her lecture is titled:
“Blind trust or informed judgment? How people decide whether to trust science.”
